Shipping and returns
Here you can find all the relevant information about shipping and returns. This includes details about delivery times, shipping service providers and the return/exchange process.
We ship with our logistics partners UPS and FedEx. All TAMARA COMOLLI deliveries are insured against theft and accidental damage. Insurance coverage expires once you have received your delivery and confirmed in writing.

Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Thank you for your understanding.
We process and ship orders during our usual business hours. These are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm CET (except on public holidays). Orders received outside these business hours will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping is free of charge for all orders (not including express delivery).
Products in stock will be with you within a few days and, in exceptional cases, within two weeks. Please take note of the shipping information for each product and when checking out.

We pack every piece of jewelry with care in our turquoise TAMARA COMOLLI boxes featuring a delicate ribbon. Every order also comes with one of our handy TAMARA COMOLLI cleaning cloths to give your jewelry the best possible cleaning and care.
Tracking your shipment
As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a link to track your order. You can check the status of your delivery around one to two hours after you receive the shipping confirmation.
